InterServer Review: What we have learned after using it! (2025)

Why Trust Us

“We have been a paying customer for InterServer since March 2019.

We are monitoring InterServer’s shared hosting servers for Uptime and Performance through our Test Website.

This review of InterServer is based on actual testing done on their servers.”

If you’ve been reading some of my other reviews, you know I love a good underdog.

InterServer is one of the BEST underdogs in the hosting world:

It’s not nearly as famous as a lot of other hosting companies, nor does it support millions of sites.

But, it’s been around since 1999, when it was founded by two high-school students. So it’s been in the game for 20 years, and has a classic humble-beginnings story.

What’s not to like?

I haven't seen a more limited control panel for dedicated servers in the last 10 years: 1. The functionality of the control panel for dedicated servers is primitive. Very primitive. For example, you won't be able to reinstall the OS in a few clicks. 2. The staff does not give direct answers to direct questions. 3. There is no documentation for the control panel. If staff is unable to provide the necessary support, instructions could be found in the documentation. However, this is not available. I believe it will better to consider other alternative like Asphostportal, since they also provider affordable price for dedicated server.

My many websites are hosted on InterServer for the last two years. It is reliable and enough fast. They have a user-friendly control panel to add and manage various services. From automated backups to security, it meets all our requirements at nominal rates. I also bought some domains (expired domain) from them to redirect and boost my content visibility. I had to contact their customer support a couple of times & they responded to tickets in minutes. InterServer hosting is a good choice for small scale businesses and blogs. It is cheap compared to several similar hosts and comes with unlimited storage. So you can add as many websites. Their uptime percentage is also remarkable.

I've been a customer of Interserver for well over ten years, and I've been slowly and painfully migrating my various websites to other hosts because Interserver has proven themselves to be maddeningly unreliable. All of my sites have gone down for hours and hours on multiple occasions, and after demanding an explanation, I was essentially told "whoops, we unplugged a machine and didn't realize it was important". Nearly every support ticket begins a chain of two, three, four, even SEVEN different outsourced support staffers replying to you without reading your ticket or understanding the problem. In all of my years, I've only seen evidence of there being a single knowledgeable in-house support staffer that tickets get escalated to, and half the time he just ignores requests and questions. These aren't a few isolated incidents, but rather a consistent pattern that I've observed over more than a decade of how this company operates. Sites go down randomly, they don't care how that affects the customer, their support staff is an absolute circus of an uncoordinated outsourced group and a single expert who seems to regard customers with contempt, and their own website is littered with bugs and incorrect information that they have no interest in correcting. Interserver is cheap, but it's not worth it.

I ordered Interserver's ASP.NET plan for $8.00 a month which was a great price. I saw that they offered unlimited files so long as you were under 400,000 inodes (of course this makes sense). I then ordered the service and began to set up my site. I had to restore a WordPress website so I used Updraftplus to FTP some files over to my new account. I hit a roadblock when I found out my new “unlimited” account had only 15 gigs storage. Not an issue… I just submit a ticket and they will give me more room right? No.. I’m told that I should host with a PHP plan instead. “We suggest hosting PHP sites like WordPress on our Standard web hosting Plan (Linux) to avoid permission and compatibility errors. WordPress (PHP and MySQL) powered applications are tightly integrated with the Apache/Nginx web server which is run on Linux web servers.due to lack of tight integration, you might run into compatibility or permission issues which could easily be avoided while running on Linux web hosting. We are suggesting this to avoid the hassle caused by some PHP applications while running on Windows servers.” Yet in the past I did have an Interserver account that supported Wordpress under ASP back in 2020. In fact the Interserver ASP.NET page shows you can install WordPress as an app. It’s my issue if there’s compatibility issues. I want ASP.NET and Wordpress, and most reputable companies can offer this under Plesk. Apparently not Interserver. My intention was to run two websites, a PHP blog and an ASP.NET site both from the same plan… totally do’able. Then came the second reply… Me: I require at least 30 gigs for the ZIP files to FTP over from Updraftplus, please >> Sorry your request is not possible on the shared ASP.NET plan So I have this nice plan with UNLIMITED storage and they tell me that I cannot have more disk space because I plan to put TEMPORARY Zip files (temporary as in one hour’s use then deleted upon restore). How do I get my Wordpress migrated then? If I FTP'd directly I'd STILL need more disk room... So this has become an uphill battle… first, ignoring my request and trying to push me to PHP hosting and then blatantly saying no, I can’t have more disk room. This company is a disaster and I’m reminded of why I cancelled back in 2020. I asked for a refund.

5 Best PrestaShop Hosting Providers for Your Online Store (2025)

Looking for Best Prestashop Hosting?

We have it right here.

But first, listen to this:

PrestaShop is such a platform that even though powers over 300,000 eCommerce sites, their main playground has mostly been limited to Europe and Latin America.

And even rarer is PrestaShop Hosting, which btw a very small number of niche companies do offer and maintain with decent features & support.

So now the question: if you’re tired of WordPress, aren’t tempted by hype or just straight-up want something different, what would you do?

You need to consider PrestaShop for sure!

It’s everything awesome brought over from WordPress but done just that much better for eCommerce-related goals.

Now, what do we do?

We went around looking for the best PrestaShop hosting services that not only come with PrestaShop installed but are much more optimized for its codebase than typical shared hosting.

So here we go into the list and features of our favorite PrestaShop Hosting Services.

1: BlueHost

PrestaShop Hosting: bluehost

What is Bluehost? Bluehost is one of the newest strides in web hosting technology. Although its main playground has mostly been WordPress, they have started catering to PrestaShop users as well.

The main reason to go Bluehost is their easy-to-install/easy-to-configure server host, scalability to improve and expand or downgrade at your convenience, and additional tools like cPanel offer an intuitive UI for website management.

The small nitpick that most people have with Bluehost is their umbrella corporation that hosts many other companies which initiates a monopolistic trend in the industry. Not a deal-killer, but something to look into.

Features:

  • 1-Click PrestaShop Install
  • Free Domain when you sign up
  • Plans start at $2.95/month
  • Free SSL Certificate
  • Advanced plans offer unlimited feature-sets
  • Money-back Guarantee

2: TMD Hosting

PrestaShop Hosting: tmdhosting

We’ve covered TMD Hosting in the past before and there only are a few hosting companies as versatile as TMD. In short, they’re affordable, filled with features, offer great response times, a bit light on their website documentation, but easy-to-use overall.

On their website, they claim to be recommended by PrestaShop themselves, free installation/migration along with modules installation, theme installation, and 20X fast SSD servers with the multi-layer cache.

Now, their main con is pretty much their customer support. It isn’t bad, it’s just not as up to mark as a lot of other services. Combined with a thin knowledge base, it tends to take away a few points.

Features:

  • Plans begin at $2.95/month with a couple of unlimited features like storage & bandwidth
  • Premium customer support (well, it depends)
  • Weebly Site Builder
  • Let’s Encrypt SSL
  • Free cPanel Control Panel
  • Money-back Guarantee

Best PrestaShop Hosting 3: A2 Hosting

PrestaShop Hosting: a2hosting

At this point, A2 has been on so many of our lists and a constantly updated review, that it is safe to call it our homestay hosting company. A2 always comes up in a conversation about eCommerce or SEO.

Their strengths are being affordable, automatic backups, 99.9% uptime numbers, a custom website builder, their super-fast 20X turbo servers, custom data center choice, unlimited features, turbo cache, etc.

In the past, they had quite a deal-breakers, mainly only around their website information but they fixed most of it and only left a few nitpicks like a separate web builder service price, fluctuating customer support, and questionable response times.

Features:

  • Unlimited Websites & Storage
  • cPanel Control Panel
  • Free SSL Certificate
  • Turbo Servers for Improved SEO
  • Automatic Backups
  • Money-back Guarantee

Best PrestaShop Hosting 4: Cloudways

cloudways

We’ve referred to CloudWays once before in another list about DigitalOcean Alternatives. So, it stands up to DigitalOcean but it has servers with DigitalOcean as well. It is a totally cloud-based web hosting service with a dynamic UI management platform.

The main pros include performance servers, dedicated firewalls, global data centers, vertical scaling, 24/7 expert customer support, CloudWays bot, no long-term contracts, and a lot of other cool stuff.

Other than being technically mature, their main downside is mostly hardware-related. They do not own any in-house data centers and rely on third-party providers that form their service.

Features:

  • Comes installed with the Latest TechStack
  • 1-Click SSL Installation
  • Automated Backups
  • Managed Migrations
  • IP Whitelisting
  • 24/7 Real-time Monitoring

Best PrestaShop Hosting 5: Knownhost

knownhost

Knownhost also shows up on our Best Python Hosting and also in our top blogger’s survey article which claimed it to be quite popular among entrepreneurs, even though being mostly unheard of.

Now turning to their goods, they have the on-shore USA-based support teams, fully managed service, premium server hardware, cloud VPS architecture, satisfaction guarantee, backups, and 99.99% uptime guarantee.

As for cons, their website information is a bit thin, they only do VPS, and probably their customer support isn’t as lightning fast as they claim. But since they offer a satisfaction guarantee, there could be exceptions.

Features:

  • Fully Managed Hosting Services
  • Unlimited Premium Bandwidth
  • Patchman Security
  • Free SSL Certificates
  • DirectAdmin
  • LiteSpeed Web Server

Conclusion

When you decide that PrestaShop is your choice of eCommerce platform to manage your business, you’ll normally need to make sure that the things around it are up to mark as well.

Many hosting plans, including the ones above, come outfitted with 1-click PrestaShop installation, a lot of storage, and adequate memory assets.

Concerning PrestaShop itself, the platform suggests these specifications for your hosting climate:

  • Apache 2.x, NGINX, or Microsoft IIS web server
  • PHP 5.6+, MySQL 5.0+, and FTP access
  • PHP memory limit of 128MB and upload file size limits at least 16MB
  • The domain name (or subdomain) and SSL certificate
  • CURL, DOM, Fileinfo, GD, Intl, Mbstring, Zip, and Json PHP extensions
  • Memcached, Apc, and OpCache caching frameworks

In case you’re still a little uncertain or reluctant about taking on this venture yourself, don’t be hesitant to contact a PrestaShop expert to assist you with configuration, migration, third-party integrations, custom designing, and even marketing/promotion.

5 Best Dreamhost Alternatives in 2025 (Secure & Affordable)

Let’s talk about Dreamhost Alternatives in this article.

But first, listen to this:

DreamHost is one of the big competitors in the world of web hosting:

It powers over 1.5 MILLION websites, and offers a broad range of hosting services—though shared web hosting is the main attraction.

It’s also one of just three hosting providers specifically recommended by WordPress.org as good for hosting WordPress sites.

On top of that, its pricing is low and has recently become more flexible.

Sounds great, right?

Well, it can be good for some people. But despite how it looks at first glance, DreamHost isn’t for everyone.

Why do people want DreamHost alternatives?

One reason some may want to find another hosting provider is performance. DreamHost’s performance has been sort of iffy for us over the last few years, according to our test site:

For a lot of 2017, 2018, and 2019, uptime was great. But for the last couple years, any given month has tended to either have perfect uptime OR poor uptime, and it’s quite a mix between the two.

Additionally, while speeds haven’t been that bad, they also haven’t been the fastest—response times hover between 700-850ms at best, whereas the best providers are often below 600ms.

Other reasons, aside from performance, people may want to seek alternatives to DreamHost include:

  • Desire for specific features that DreamHost does not include by default
  • Desire for better-guaranteed resources, even within a shared server environment (some shared servers are better than others)
  • Desire for managed hosting products
  • Desire for better overall value or more bang for the buck

Before we jump into the alternatives, let’s make sure we’re on the same page in terms of what DreamHost’s web hosting packages actually offer:

Dreamhost alts dreamhost plans

Keep in mind that the above plans are the promotional prices at the time of writing for a one-year term. Customers can also pay on a monthly basis, or buy three years in bulk—which usually has the best value of course.

Another point of clarification: unlimited traffic does not mean a customer can have as much traffic as they want on an entry-level plan.

Traffic and bandwidth are not metered, which means there are not specific overage fees—but if you use too much, it could affect other customers sharing the server, and you would be asked to upgrade.

As for storage, it’s similar, but the entry-level plan actually has 50GB of storage allowed, which is pretty good.

Most of the alternatives here are more or less the same in terms of resources, but it’s important to keep in mind as I describe the advantages.

Anyway, without further ado:

Alternative No.1: Bluehost

dreamhost alts bluehost2

In terms of resources, Bluehost is basically the same as DreamHost:

Entry-level plans start with 50GB of SSD storage, and bandwidth is unmetered.

In terms of price, Bluehost is actually a bit pricier than DreamHost—particularly where renewal prices are concerned.

So why is Bluehost the first alternate on this list? Both Bluehost and DreamHost are solid all-around hosts…

But Bluehost is just the better all-rounder.

And that’s also why we’ve named it as our top web hosting company—check out my full review to see more information on Bluehost. Or if you want a detailed comparison of Bluehost and DreamHost, I’ve also got just the article for you.

Otherwise, here’s a quick overview:

Advantages over DreamHost

  • More web hosting plans to choose from, plus more hosting options overall outside of shared hosting
  • Content delivery network (CDN) included for free on all shared plans
  • Great marketing features included for all shared plans: $100 Google Ads credit plus the ability to list your local business with Google, so it surfaces earlier in local search results
  • Un-managed WordPress plans are more robust (both DreamHost and Bluehost offer managed and un-managed WordPress plans)

Alternative No.2: GreenGeeks

dreamhost alts greengeeks

As you probably can tell, GreenGeeks is a bit more unique as a hosting provider for its focus on eco-friendliness. Every amp that GreenGeeks’ data centers use, the company matches 300% in renewable energy through a nonprofit.

But aside from being great for your conscience, GreenGeeks is also great for your website!

One thing is worth acknowledging right off the bat: GreenGeeks is a bit pricey for web hosting, and pricier than DreamHost. It’s not that expensive in the scheme of things, but it’s not exactly a budget pick.

However, it’s well-worth the slightly increased cost, with a lot of great features and stellar performance.

That’s why GreenGeeks is right next to Bluehost as one of our top recommendations for web hosting—you can read more about why here.

But for now:

Advantages over DreamHost

  • Generally better performance according to our test site, including consistently faster response times
  • Shared web hosting plans have better features: email accounts are included, as is CDN, caching technology to boost performance, and a non-WordPress website builder option
  • WordPress and WooCommerce hosting plans have better value than DreamHost’s (better features included)
  • Customers on shared plans can easily add resources to their plan as needed without upgrading pricing tiers entirely
  • More eco-friendly

Alternative No.3: LiquidWeb

liquidweb

Liquid Web is another unique alternative to DreamHost:

Liquid Web offers managed hosting products only. That means the company handles just about everything related to hosting, and leaves only website building/management to you.

This is particularly useful for WordPress websites, which require a lot of maintenance and moving parts.

Note that managed services basically always come at higher cost. If you’re seriously investing in your site, this is a great alternative. But it’s not better if you’re seeking a stronger budget pick.

DreamHost’s definitely one of the better hosts for WordPress, whether you use its managed or unmanaged WordPress plans. But Liquid Web just knocks the ball out of the park in quality of management.

If managed hosting is your thing, Liquid Web is one of the best hosts around for it. If that’s not why you want a DreamHost alternative though, this won’t be for you.

Advantages over DreamHost

  • Excellent performance
  • Quality managed hosting for a range of hosting types
  • Managed WordPress plans have great bandwidth allocations, security, and features
  • Generally very high levels of security

Alternative No.4: InterServer

interserver

InterServer has been around since 1999, and more than two decades after its founding, it’s still a popular web hosting option for many.

Here’s the gist:

If you’re primarily seeking an alternative to DreamHost because you want a stronger budget-focused host, InterServer is the one for you.

Its web hosting plans generally provide more bang for the buck, without costing more than what DreamHost offers. It’s one of the best budget hosts around in general!

Of course, it’s not perfect, and you can read more about the nuances in my full review. But the advantages it offers over DreamHost will be perfect for some readers.

Advantages over DreamHost

  • Consistently superior speeds (in the 300ms range), according to our test site
  • Shared hosting plans have similar starting prices as DreamHost, but far more features included for free: global caching, a website builder, unlimited email accounts, and more
  • Shared servers are always 50% capacity, reducing constraints on your growth
  • Inter-Insurance included for all plans: InterServer will clean up sites that have been hacked or infected with malware for free

DreamHost Alternatives No.5: TMDHosting

tmd

TMDHosting has been around since 2007, but it’s really done a great job the last couple years—so much so that we’ve acknowledged it as one of the best web hosting companies around.

You can read more about why that’s the case here, but for now, here’s the gist:

It’s like InterServer in that it offers better bang-for-the-buck with its web hosting plans, and it also has great speeds.

Advantages over DreamHost

  • Consistently superior speeds (in the 300ms range) according to our test site
  • Very wide range of hosting types offered, including a lot of hosting for popular content management systems (or CMS), and including both Windows and Linux shared hosting
  • Generally better value in shared web hosting plans: prices are similar to DreamHost’s, but there are better features (Weebly website builder, unlimited email accounts, and more)
  • Very strong security

So which is the best Dreamhost Alternatives?

So with all this said, what’s the best DreamHost alternatives?

There’s a simple answer, and a more complicated answer. Let’s go with the simple answer first:

Bluehost is the best overall alternative to DreamHost. That’s mostly because they are very similar in their price range, offering, and even the size of their customer bases.

Yet despite their similarities, Bluehost just edges out better. As all-rounder web hosts go, Bluehost and DreamHost are among the most popular, but Bluehost is the better.

And that’s why the simple answer is that OVERALL, Bluehost is the best alternative.

However, we all have different priorities, and some of the options here are better or worse alternatives to DreamHost depending on those priorities.

If you really want top-shelf hosting quality, Liquid Web is probably the best alternative. It’s also the best alternative if you want fantastic customer support guaranteed, or prioritize ease of use above all else.

If you’re looking for a better budget option–or just more bang for the buck–it’s a close call between InterServer and TMD.

And GreenGeeks is good for those who want something higher-end than DreamHost or Bluehost, but not as premium as Liquid Web.

And there you have it! DreamHost is good, but so are its best alternatives. And that’s good news!

Happy hosting!

Shopify vs BigCommerce: Key Differences Explained (2025)

Note: We have tested both platforms. Based on that, we have done a comparison that would help you to decide which one would be great for you.

The world of eCommerce site-building has a few giants. Perhaps the largest of them is Shopify: since its founding in 2006, it has processed more than $72 billion in sales—the GDP of a small country.

This staggering volume has set Shopify far apart from most of its other competitors.

There is, however, a rival shopping cart and e-commerce platform that holds substantial influence of its own.

That would be BigCommerce; like Shopify, BigCommerce was once a start-up with a small team that ballooned over the years.

Since its founding in 2009, BigCommerce has processed $17 billion in sales; although far from Shopify’s walloping figure, BigCommerce has certainly set itself out from the competition to become one of Shopify’s main rivals.

What’s more, BigCommerce has become the platform of choice for many of the world’s leading brands, such as Toyota, Motorola, Camelbak, and Ben & Jerry’s (among others).

7 The FASTEST (and BEST!) Web Hosting for UK (2025)

Today, we will talk about the Fastest & the Best Web hosting for UK.

But first, we must know this: Europe has a pretty good record when it comes to technology. According to Statista, the UK has arguably the most advanced eCommerce market, with revenue reaching upwards of 600+ billion. But that’s just 2018.

Then 2019 was the calm before the storm and well way after 2020, we’re in uncertain waters. People are still somewhat cooped up in their houses and are bored with all the Netflix chilling and videogames.

If you’re in the UK and are sick of all the jobs being lost, it’s time for new ideas. New ideas that could give you a chance at independence or shift your current business into a new direction.

What kind of new direction? That’s right, we’re talking about hosting services. Let’s take a look at some of the best web hosting services that work great in all the isles.

hostingpill7 Best Web Hosting for UK

  2. GreenGeeks
  3. FastComet
  4. Flywheel
  5. Fasthosts
  6. Hosting.co.uk
  7. eUKhost

1. Best Web Hosting for UK: Bluehost

Best Web Hosting for UK - bluehostBluehost stands as something of a revolution. Godaddy has been at the top too long to be finally be rejected by the community for its mediocre features and overpricing. Bluehost is that new thing that people are talking about.

If you go through our Bluehost Review, you’ll find that Bluehost doesn’t necessarily splurge on features too much. They like to keep things a bit minimal while filling them with utmost quality. You won’t find a time when you weren’t able to get through their customer support.

In all, Bluehost is the latest and greatest in hosting technologies. So being in the UK if you’d like to stay on the cutting-edge, especially when it comes to WordPress, Bluehost might be it.

Pros:

  • 99.9% Uptime SLA
  • Ease of Use
  • WordPress-Ready
  • Top-notch Server Performance
  • Efficient Allocation of Resources
  • Daily Backups

Cons:

  • No User-generated Tickets for Support
  • Questionable Security

2.Best Web Hosting for UK: GreenGeeks

Best Web Hosting for UK - greengeeks

GreenGeeks might as well be the most popular option on this and for good reason: It tends to be on the less expensive side. And indeed, their plans with shared hosting start at $2.49/month.

This is great to know since green energy would likely keep them far from outages…oh and also global warming! Aside from shared, they also have WordPress, Reseller, and VPS hosting options armed with 4-core cpus

One awesome thing is that getting onboard is really simple. You can either register a new website right with GreenGeeks or you can migrate your website for free.

Pros:

  • SSL Certificate Included
  • Great Customer Support
  • cPanel & Softaculous Included
  • LiteSpeed Web Server
  • DDoS Protection
  • 99.9% Uptime Record

Cons:

  • Expensive Upfront Cost
  • Iffy Live Chat Support

3. FastComet

Best Web Hosting for UK - fastcomet

FastComet is another popular option and pretty similar to GreenGeeks in price. Their main turf is small business and eCommerce enthusiasts. For example, they have WooCommerce, Magento, and OpenCart hosting.

They have data centers all over Europe, which also means that they’re all rounded in security. Their primary focus remains on stability. They implement 2FA, Website Security, Account Isolation and daily backups.

FastComet owns all of their servers and network tools, which sets them apart from a lot of other hosting services that exclusively rely on colocation. Basic shared plans are great for smaller sites, WordPress for niche users, and eCommerce for sellers.

Pros:

  • 99.9% Uptime Commitment
  • SSL Certificate
  • eCommerce Installations
  • DNS, WAF, and DDoS Protection
  • Full Root SSH Access
  • FastComet SiteBuilder

Cons:

  • There was a malware breach in cPanel a few months ago

4. Flywheel

Best Web Hosting for UK - flywheelFlywheel is a managed WordPress hosting service. Now, we know that you may be a bit iffy about managed hosting but rest assured, they’re best at what they do. Their features are premium, prices affordable, and support impeccable.

You can dig around a few sites for their reviews but you’d hardly find any thumbs down. We did a Flywheel Review ourselves some time ago and ended it on a rather positive note.

Something that sets Kinsta apart is most probably its neat looking dashboard UI that displays everything from site activity to data transfer.

Pros:

  • Impressive Uptime
  • Useful Dashboard
  • Useful Dev Tools
  • CDN+ Custom Caching
  • Easy SFTP Access
  • Server Location Accessibility

Cons:

  • Tedious plugin update process
  • Traffic/Bandwidth Limits
  • Could be expensive

5. Fasthosts

Best Web Hosting for UK - fasthostsThey’ve been around since 1999, so there’s quite a bit of experience on their backs. In 2016, they launched CloudNX, a next-generation technology in web hosting.

Another thing that they like to flaunt are their separate website builder for separate purposes. For example, their Ecommerce Website Builder has specific tools to make a better estore website. You get templates as well.

Talking of eCommerce, Fasthosts also have a dedicated Email & Office section where you get useful productivity tools for your website to utilize.

Pros:

  • 1-Click App Installer
  • SEO Tools
  • Unlimited mail lite, email forwarders, FTP accounts, subdomains
  • Free SSL
  • phpMyAdmin
  • Website Builder(s)

Cons:

  • Renewal prices could be expensive
  • Might have fewer locations in UK

6. Hosting.co.uk

hosting.co.uk

Hosting.co.uk is another lesser-known hosting service from the UK. You can say it does nothing that special but then simplicity is something to strive for in itself.

They have shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated hosting, and a bunch of website tools like monitoring tools, VPN, a website builder, MS hosted exchange, SEO, email marketing, etc. and a domain registrar.

So even with simplicity, Hosting.co.uk has a bunch of tools that could help you run a niche establishment or simply provide you enough headroom for expansion.

Pros:

  • 99.9% Uptime Guarantee
  • MySQL Databases
  • 1-Click App Installer
  • Automatic Daily Backup
  • Account Migration

Cons:

  • Could expensive for some
  • Iffy customer support

7. eUKhost

eukhostWell, the name lets you know where it is based but more importantly it is a fully-managed hosting service and one of the first in all of Europe to do so in proprietary form.

eUKhost also has the most diversity when it comes to European hosting. They have cPanel hosting, Windows hosting, Reseller hosting, Windows Reseller hosting, Email hosting, and a lot more to mention in short. They also have something as rare as Windows VPS hosting.

Variety in hosting is all great but if you’re concerned about security then Eukhost offers advanced monitoring tools alongside your typical SSL and backup protection.

Pros:

  • 100% Uptime SLA
  • Cron-Enabled
  • SEO Toolkit
  • Spam, Virus, and Malware Filtering
  • Personal Account Manager
  • Daily Backups

Cons:

  • Does not have a great consumer satisfaction score
  • Has the ‘cheap = poor’ stigma

Conclusion

You might’ve noticed that a few services don’t offer a trial period for their services and instead offer a money-back guarantee. This is to encourage commitment and continuity from the user instead of a simple one-off.

Our advice is to not get discouraged by a 30-day period. If you feel invested in a certain hosting, do put in the time to try it out and make the decision for yourself.

The UK is a prominent hub for eCommerce so you’re in luck to discover and dip your feet into a brewing market. And oh, do let us know which hosting service you decided on down in the comments!
