We inquired with their Customer Support executive and came to know that they offer “StackPath” as a Global CDN on ‘Gold and Diamond shared hosting plans’, which makes the service 16X faster.

They offer ‘Railgun’ for free with Cloudflare on high-end packages.

Also, to prevent any accidental loss of data, it is backed up every four hours to a secured off-site location and every hour if you opt for a high-end package.

They have got really good email support, whatsapp support and a live chat option.
