Joomla je još jedan izbor otvorenog koda za upravljanje sadržajem za objavljivanje web sadržaja. Smatra se kao drugi najčešće korišteni CMS nakon WordPressa.
Joomla je prvi put lansirana 17. kolovoza 2005. i napisana je u PHP-u.
Zajamno je da Joomla podržava preko 8000 besplatnih i komercijalnih proširenja.
