PureVPN Review: Pros and Cons after 4 Months of using!

Reading Time: 8 min read
It’s 2018. Many of us take it for granted that privacy on the internet is essentially dead, and it’s hard to shake the feeling that only those who are deeply tech-savvy can protect their identity well.

But, the other benefit to today’s technology is that a lot more is available than before. Some of these new things are tools to protect your privacy.

If you’re looking into personal privacy, it’s hard to not come across VPNs.

And if you’re looking into VPNs, it’s even harder to not come across PureVPN.

Arguably one of the most known Virtual Private Networks, PureVPN has even been talked about in the New York Times—author Quentin Hardy describes how it uses “state of the art technology to encrypt internet traffic.”

Sounds good, right? An easy way to be secure online, hooray!

Of course, it’s never that simple. Let’s take a look at how PureVPN really compares to its hype.

Windscribe VPN Review: Pros and Cons after 3 Months of using!

Reading Time: 8 min read
DailyBeast calls it “the online privacy tool you should already be using.”  Techradar calls it “one of the best free VPNs around.” Dig around a little more and you’ll see a lot more praise.

Windscribe has only been around since July 2015, but in the last two years it’s become one of the most acclaimed VPNs around.

Clearly there’s a lot of good buzz about Windscribe, and it’s coming in at the right time.

Its summer 2017, and online security has never been more important. From the Snowden leaks in 2013 to the Russia-Trump stories that dominate the news, cyber security has become an increasingly relevant topic to the climax that is right now.

And if you think cyber security is a big deal for nations, you’d better believe it’s a big deal for you—an individual that is not armed with powerful intelligence agencies for protection.

Sure, you may not have a foreign head of state breathing down your neck…but then again you might. There is a host of parties interested in your data, and even if they’re not, there’s a plethora of reasons to keep your information well protected.

Uniregistry Review – 5 Pros & 2 Cons

Reading Time: 5 min read

In this article, I am going to talk about Uniregistry and what they offer a domain registrar.

The uniqueness of Uniregistry is that it’s specifically built to cater to the requirements of domainers who invest in purchasing generic top-level domains (gTLD) in bulk.

I have dealt with many registrars over the course of the last few years, but the concept of Uniregistry looked impressive. It seemed to be built entirely around the core needs of the people who deal with domains in bulk and that was enough to ignite my interest.

I was thinking to consolidate my portfolio at that time. So I decided to try them out and moved around 10% of my registered domains to Uniregistry to see if they could live up to my expectations.

Similar for Domain Registration: NameCheap Review

Although there was an iota of doubt in my mind initially, Uniregistry managed to exceed all my expectations. Since then, I have already transferred more than 50% of my domains to them and hope to complete the remaining in next couple of months’ time.

You might be wondering what made me take such a drastic decision. I do accept, it’s not an easy task to move hundreds of domains out to a new registrar. But when the pros overweigh the cons by such a handsome margin, it’s no less than a crime to let the opportunity go begging.

Let’s now get into the finer details of what Uniregistry offers, including the advantages and drawbacks, so that you can figure out whether to register/transfer your domains to Uniregistry.

The Complete Guide For Moving From Shared Hosting To VPS Hosting

Reading Time: 4 min read

Introduction:

Well what can I say about shared hosting? Shared Hosting is for newbies and for startups. When you are new to the Internet world, you use shared hosting for hosting your site. A handful of people share the same physical server where it only takes few heavy sites to eat up all the provided resources making your site suffer.

Moving to VPS Hosting is logical once you have outgrown as a company or as a community on the Internet. VPS Hosting are ‘expensive’ and ‘very difficult to manage’ are some of the common myths. One can acquire VPS Hosting services for as minimum as $15 per month from vendors like DreamHost.

VPS hosting—Virtual Private Server Hosting—is a virtual space on a very powerful machine. It is like a small computer inside a supercomputer dedicated to your site. Unlike Shared Hosting, here you get full access to the promised resources. No other Webmaster with a heavy site can use your resources. Your site is going to run to the best of its potential until and unless you overload your VPS Hosting by hosting more and more sites on it.
